Building Maintenance Technician

  • We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our A&N Team. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in construction, repairs and equipment upkeep who takes pride in keeping our buildings, shop and equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs
  • Electrical work ( basic trouble shooting, lighting and minor wiring)
  • Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
  • Painting (interior and exterior)
  • Concrete repairs and small projects
  • Garage/shop organization
  • Equipment organization and tracking
  • Mange equipment sign in and sign out for crews
  • Assist mechanic with basic maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Maintain clean,organized workspaces and storage areas
  • Assist with property improvements and upgrades
  • Building special project for A&N Garden and Greenhouse
  • Occasionally assist crews on job sites ( Construction support)

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction or building maintenance
  • Basic mechanical knowledge( equipment maintenance a plus)
  • Knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repair work
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to lift 60 lbs and work in various conditions
  • Valid Drivers license required
  • Reliable, organized , and takes initiative

Competitive Pay $20.00/hr Based on experience

Full time, Steady work
